Peanut Butter w/Kisses
Ingredients
2 ½ cup AP flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. Unwrap bag of Hershey Kisses and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
Mix butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla.
Add flour mixture and stir until well blended.
Shape into rounded balls and place about 2” apart on baking sheets. Dip fork into sugar and flatten dough with tines several times for a criss-cross pattern.
Bake 9-11 minutes. Push Kiss into each cookie, let set on sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring to wire rack to finish cooling.
