Double Doubles
Ingredients
1 2/3 cup AP flour
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ stick butter
¾ cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 cup white chocolate chip
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
¾ cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in small bowl.
Beat butter, brown sugar, sugar, and vanilla extract in large bowl until creamy. Add in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips, coconut, and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Place about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8-11 min, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on sheets for 2 mins, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
