Bailey's Irish Cream/Whiskey Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
4 cup AP flour
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup Bailey's Irish Cream Liquor
¼ cup Irish Whiskey
2 eggs
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
granulated sugar
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar together. Add eggs, vanilla, Bailey's, and whiskey together.
In small bowl whisk flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together.
Combine flour mixture into cream mixture until well blended.
Place by rounded tsp onto prepared baking sheet. Dip bottom of glass into sugar and flatten. Bake 8-9 minutes.
Transfer to cooling racks.
Mix the following in a small bowl
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp Bailey's Irish Cream
¼ tsp salt
add sugar or Bailey's until desired consistency. Frost cooled cookies.
